Using Credits
to purchase a home, the amount of their
credits that can be used toward their
purchase will be determined by the lesser
of either*:
- The amount of credits the member has earned
- 1% of the base purchase price of the home being purchased
*Members MUST use the Network Agent to use
any of their credits.
