8/21/2006 - Rent2Home.Net announces the expansion of it's program in California. Renters in the California markets can now register their lease and earn credits toward the purchase of a home.

7/2003 - Rent2Home.Net goes to the Home and Building Expo in Phoenix, Arizona July 11-13th, 2003. Attendees of the EXPO were given an opportunity to speak with a Rent2Home.Net member specialist and receive special bonus incentives for membership and bonus credits. In celebration of its 5th year of helping renters become home owners, Rent2Home.Net launches its biggest promotion ever by waiving registration fees AND crediting new members with 5 years worth of rental credits up to $10,000.

1/1/2007 - Rent2Home.Net waives registration fees for its Renter Rewards program in celebration of it's 5th anniversary.

4/2004 - Rent2Home.Net launches its 'Renter Rewards $1,000 Giveaway!' which will be awarded to one lucky winner EACH MONTH. The winner receives a FREE membership as well as $1,000 to be credited to their membership to be used toward their home purchase. There is no purchase necessary to enter or to win. Anyone can enter by visiting the Renter Rewards $1,000 Giveaway page and submitting their entry. Drawings will be held on the first day of each month following the contest end starting June 1, 2004. 12/1/2006 - Rent2Home.Net announces that it will discontinue the multi-tier level membership options of it's Renter Rewards program. This will mean the program will simplify to one membership offering all of the benefits of the former 'Elite' membership. All members holding Standard or Advantage memberships will be automatically upgraded to Elite membership status at no additional charge. The membership will be referred to as the 'Renter Rewards Member' going forward. All new members will be offered The Renter Rewards Membership as the only option for membership and will be given all of the benefits of the previous 'Elite' status membership. The enrollment fee for new members will remain the same as the former 'Elite' enrollment fee of $72.

7/2003 - Rent2Home.Net now offers three memberships for the Renter Rewards Program.
These memberships include the ELITE, ADVANTAGE, and the STANDARD Membership. Each membership has its own benefits and can be reviewed by visiting the Memberships Page.

5/2003 - Rent2Home.Net improves the Owner Rewards Program!
Now you no longer need to be a member of the Renter Rewards program first in order to join the Owner Rewards Program. If you currently own a home, you can now become a member of our Owner Rewards Program regardless of whether you have ever rented before or have ever been a member of our Renter Rewards Program. Owner Rewards members enjoy benefits of reduced fees for selling their current home as well as credits towards their next home purchase through the Rent2Home.Net Network Agent. Members earn credits by making timely mortgage payments and are able to realize great savings on both sides of sale/purchase.
