Rent2Home.Net is a Real Estate Referral service that was created in 2002 in
Phoenix, Arizona by a local Realtor who heard a common complaint among
renters... a desire to buy, but no savings to allow for additional expenses
that come with buying a home. The result was the Renter Rewards
program that allowed renters to earn credits toward their purchase without
having to adjust their monthly income. In 2006, the program expanded into
California. Other markets are in the process.
